Case Study

Two years, eleven cities, three countries. From New York to Malta — recaps, long-form archives, and a narrative campaign built around what the room is actually about.
The New York nights. Cut tight, sized for vertical, turned around fast enough to ride the momentum while people are still talking about it. One event becomes weeks of posts.
Activation — DLT Malta 2026
Four years, one island, and a final weekend to close it out. Ballads n Bottles had three moments on the itinerary — opening day at Café del Mar, the Ballads n Bottles Boat Party out at sea, and the last night, where Brandy played her first European show in over a decade.
We shot the first moment and the last one. Days on the water, nights cutting. Three recaps across four days, each live before the next event opened its doors.
Some nights deserve more than a ninety-second cut. The long-form edit runs start to finish on YouTube — searchable, embeddable, and still working months later for anyone who wasn't in the room.

Collaboration — Ballads n Bottles × Suede
Two of New York's R&B parties sharing a floor at Musica in Manhattan — nights where Odeal and Sasha Keable have pulled up and run a few songs. We've been there for each one.
The Campaign
Four DJs throwing one night, each of them somewhere different with love. They move through the same room without knowing it — some paths cross, some don't.
One is too busy for his girl. One lights up when his arrives. One gets stood up and plays through it anyway.
Four relationships to the same feeling, in one space, on one night. Wherever you're at with it, you're welcome at Ballads.
Ongoing
Two years in, we're not parachuting into these nights. We know the regulars, the rhythm, and where the moment is going to land before it happens. That's the difference between covering an event and telling its story — and it's why eleven cities in, the work keeps getting sharper.
